Dentures & Bridges
Missing or damaged teeth take a toll on your confidence and oral function—but we can help. Whether you need dentures or a bridge to restore your smile (or even just a single tooth), our team at Somerset Dental, in Las Vegas, NV will focus on aesthetics, fit, and comfort to provide replacements that look like your natural teeth.
Routine Dental Care
Going to the dentist on a routine basis for dental care means seeing them on a regular basis. Just like routine oil changes keep your car’s engine in great working order, routine dental care is essential to maintain a healthy smile. Prevention is always better than restoration when it comes to your teeth.
Root canal is a treatment to repair and save a badly damaged or infected tooth instead of removing it. The term "root canal" comes from cleaning of the canals inside a tooth's root. Decades ago, root canal treatments often were painful. With dental advances and local anesthetics, most people have little if any pain with a root canal. In fact, it's probably more painful living with a decayed tooth. Root canal alternatives include extracting the damaged tooth and replacing it with a dental implant, bridge or removable partial denture.
Bite Adjustments for Headache Relief
Modern dentistry does much more than improve the appearance of a smile. Advances in the science of complete dentistry have taught us how to bring the jaw into a relaxed position to help alleviate years of pain and discomfort. With Dr. Palluck's choice of treatment, you may be able to eliminate headaches cause by a misaligned bite.
Teeth Cleanings & Exams
Regular dental exams are an important part of preventive health care. During a dental exam, the dentist or hygienist will clean your teeth and identify gum inflammation or bone loss. The dentist or hygienist will evaluate your risk of developing tooth decay and other oral health problems, as well as check your face, neck and mouth for abnormalities. A dental exam might also include dental X- rays or other diagnostic procedures.

I had a wonderful experience at Somerset Dental. The staff is super friendly, efficient and accommodating. My hygienist Ally was beyond knowledgeable and very gentle. She was soft spoken and really put me at ease. Dr. Palluck was equally comforting and I trusted her expertise. I’ve already made an appointment to have my teeth whitened and have some bonding replaced. I really love their practice and I’m actually looking forward to having my smile updated before a family vacation. Scheduling was super easy by the way!
The receptionists during check in were very friendly and accommodating. The dental hygienist was very through and felt she took her time and really cleaned my teeth gently. Sufia the actual dentist was fabulous. Provided me with another through exam and didn’t rush. Gave me some options to keep my teeth in tip top shape. I’ll definitely be coming back.
